The ₹275.40 crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of up to 1.36 crore equity shares worth ₹220.32 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹55.08 crore by promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to establish a new showroom in Maharashtra, expand an existing showroom in Gujarat, clear borrowings and for corporate general purposes.

Incorporated in 2012, MK Sons Fine Jewels designs, manufactures and retails fine jewellery. It offers gold, diamond and cubic zirconia (CZ) jewellery through its company-owned stores.

The company operates five showrooms across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, catering to customers with contemporary and bridal jewellery collections.

Aryaman Financial Services is the sole book-running lead manager to the issue, while Bigshare Services is the registrar.
