Mach Conferences and Events Limited IPO was subscribed 196.78 times during the three-day bidding period from September 4 to September 6. The IPO listing date has been tentatively fixed as September 11.

The BSE SME issue was subscribed 196.78 times. Bids for over 72.6 crore shares were received against 36.9 lakh shares up on offer, with Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) leading the demand.
The NIIs placed bids for over 31.97 crore shares against the 7.91 lakh shares reserved for them. The category was oversubscribed by 404 times. Retail investors booked their portion 136.49 times with bids of 25.18 crore shares against the 18.45 lakh shares reserved for the category.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers’ (QIBs) portion of the IPO was booked 146.66 times as investors placed bids for 15.45 crore shares against 10.53 lakh shares reserved for the segment.
The investors, who participated in the IPO subscription, can check the share allotment status on the websites of the BSE and the registrar, Skyline Financial Services.
The Mach Conferences and Events IPO was a book-built issue of ₹125.28, comprising a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The fresh issue consisted of 22.29 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹50.15 crore, while the OFS portion was of 33.39 lakh shares, totalling ₹75.13 crore.
Mach Conferences and Events IPO price band was set at ₹214 to ₹225 per equity share. The minimum lot size was 600 shares per application. This means a retail investor had to invest at least ₹1,35,000 to bid for the IPO. The Mach Conferences and Events IPO was open for bidding from September 4 to September 6. Unsuccessful bidders will get their refund on September 10, while the credit of shares to the Demat accounts of successful applicants will be done the same day. Mach Conferences and Events IPO listing date has been tentatively fixed as September 11. Shares of the company will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
Mach Conferences and Events plans to use the proceeds from the IPO to meet working capital requirements and for other general corporate purposes.
