Shares of Lumino Industries Ltd made a robust debut on the stock exchanges on Wednesday, September 3.

The stock is listed at ₹110 per equity share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This reflects a premium of 34.15% over the IPO issue price of ₹82 apiece.

On the BSE, it started trading at ₹109 per unit, up 32.93% from the issue price.

Lumino Industries share price: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot consisted of 182 shares and cost ₹14,924. Investors who received the Lumino Industries IPO allotment made ₹5,096 per lot, taking the value of their investment to ₹20,020, as per the listing price on the NSE.

The initial public offering was subscribed a whopping 118.12 times, as it attracted bids for 7,46,59,52,130 shares versus 6,32,05,127 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The ₹700 crore initial share sale consisted of a fresh issuance of equity shares valued at ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹200 crore.

Funds raised to the tune of ₹337 crore will be used for debt clearance and ₹15.01 for the purchase of machinery and equipment, civil works and interior development of a manufacturing unit. A part will also be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Prior to the IPO, the company fetched ₹207 crore from anchor investors, including Bajaj Life Insurance, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, SBI General Insurance Company, Silver Stride India Global Fund and 3PIM India Equity (IFSC) Fund.

Lumino Industries Ltd, a product-driven integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player, makes and supplies power cables, conductors and electrical wires to the power transmission and distribution industry. It also manufactures high-temperature low-sag conductors utilised in distribution and transmission lines in India.

It supplies power cables, conductors, and other specialised products to large EPC players such as Kalpataru Projects International, Jackson, KGN Electricals, WRSS XXI(A) Transco, Warora Kurnool Transmission, RS Infraprojects and Monte Carlo.
