LCC Projects IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Tuesday, September 15. Investors who have applied for the initial public offering could check bid finalisation details on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and KFin Technologies.

The initial public offering was subscribed 48.51 times, as it mobilised bids for 1,01,52,32,622 shares compared to 2,09,27,281 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 78.69 times subscription. The quota for non-institutional investors was subscribed 62.99 times, and that of retail investors 25.56 times.

The initial share sale sought to raise ₹427.14 crore through a fresh issuance of ₹258 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹169.14 crore by promoters Arjan Suja Rabari and Laljibhai Arjanbhai Ahir.

The objectives of the issue include purchase of equipment, repayment of certain outstanding borrowings and corporate general purposes.

LCC Projects, incorporated in 2017, offers engineering, procurement and construction services in the irrigation and water supply projects segment. It has executed projects in the irrigation and water supply segment, like the construction of dams, weirs, barrages, hydraulic structures, pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation works, canals, water supply schemes, and other EPC projects.
