Kusumgar IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Monday, July 13, 2026. The bid finalisation details will be out on the websites of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the BSE and Bigshare Services.

The initial share sale was subscribed 128.85 times, with bids for 1,47,76,17,435 shares compared to 1,14,68,094 shares on offer, according to BSE data.

The bidding was led by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) who subscribed their portion 284.10 times. The category for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 165.46 times, while the retail investors' part was subscribed 26.47 times.

The ₹650 crore IPO was solely an offer-for-sale (OFS). Since the issue was an OFS, the Mumbai-headquartered company will not get any proceeds and the funds will go to the selling shareholders.

The price band was fixed at ₹398 to ₹419 per share, and a lot consisted of 35 shares.

Kusumgar Ltd, founded in 1990, manufactures coated, woven and laminated synthetic fabrics, called engineered fabrics. The firm primarily produces defence and aerospace fabrics, industrial and automotive fabrics, and outdoor and lifestyle fabrics.
