Jay Bee Laminations IPO: Steps to check allotment status online
The allotment of shares in Jay Bee Laminations IPO is expected to be finalised today, August 30. The NSE SME issue closed subscriptions with a robust demand during the three-day bidding window closing on Thursday, August 29.
Jay Bee Laminations Ltd received bids for more than 48.34 crore shares against 40.78 lakh shares offered in the IPO, resulting in an oversubscription of 118.54 times.
The retail category was booked 96.48 times whereas the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) portion was booked 231.18 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed to their allocation 72.35 times.
Investors who participated in Jay Bee Laminations IPO subscription can check the share allotment status online on the websites of the issue’s registrar Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd and NSE.
After finalising the share allotment status, the company will initiate refunds for non-allottees on Monday, September 2. Shares will also be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on the same day. Jay Bee Laminations shares are set to debut on the NSE SME platform on September 3.

Jay Bee Laminations plans to use the money raised via the public issue to fund the company’s working capital requirements and other general corporate expenses.
