The initial public offering of Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd opened for subscription on Monday, August 17. The issue will end on August 19. The price band has been set at ₹57 to ₹60 per share.

The ₹2,600 crore initial share sale is exclusively a fresh issuance of 43.34 crore shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for the following objectives:

  • Repayment of certain borrowings availed by the company and its subsidiaries.
  • General corporate purposes.

"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges, including to enhance our brand image among our existing and potential customers and creation of a public market for the equity shares in India," according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).

The subscription details for the first day of the issue will be available post 10 am.

The minimum investment for a retail investor is 250 shares. The company has kept aside 75% of the offer for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors.

Prior to the IPO, the company raised ₹1,168 crore from anchor investors, including Carmignac, WhiteOak Capital, 360 ONE, Nuvama, Matthews, SBI Life Insurance, Poonawalla Vision Fund, JM Financial Mutual Fund, Edelweiss, Sundaram Mutual Fund and PGIM India, among others.

Horizon Industrial Parks is the largest domestic industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator with a portfolio of nearly 60 million square feet across 46 assets in 10 cities.

It also provides turnkey solutions, solar energy solutions, on-site staff accommodation, cold storage facilities, skill development centres, etc.

The equity shares of the company will be listed on the NSE and the BSE.
