HDB Financial Services IPO

The initial public offering of HDB Financial Services received 37% subscription on the opening day on Wednesday. The initial share sale secured bids for 4,85,98,380 shares compared to 13,04,42,855 shares on offer, as per consolidated data on the NSE.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed their part 76%, while retail investors attracted 30% subscription. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category got subscribed 1%.

The ₹12,500-crore IPO, which will conclude on June 27, has set a price band of ₹700 to ₹740 per share. The issue consists of new equity shares aggregating to ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹10,000 crore.

Sambhv Steel Tubes IPO

Sambhv Steel Tubes' initial share sale secured 60% subscription on the first day of bidding on June 25, with bids for 2,96,79,832 shares compared to 4,92,06,100 equity shares on offer.

  • NIIs: 68%
  • QIBs: 60%
  • Retail investors: 57%

Globe Civil Projects IPO

Civil construction and infrastructure development player Globe Civil Projects' public offer attracted 15.26 times subscription on Wednesday, the second day of bidding.

The category-wise subscription details are as follows:

  • NIIs: 21.31 times
  • Retail investors: 16.72 times
  • QIBs: 8.15 times

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases IPO

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases IPO fetched 31% subscription on the second of the share sale on Wednesday. It received 47,29,488 bids compared to 1,51,08,983 shares reserved.

The non-institutional investors applied to 58% of shares reserved for them, while the retail investors portion was subscribed 37%.

Kalpataru IPO

Real estate developer Kalpataru's ₹1,590 crore initial share sale got 35% subscription on the second day of bidding on June 25. It got bids for 79,59,780 shares compared to 2,28,26,516 shares on offer.

The retail investors portion got subscribed 72%, while the NIIs quota received a 45% subscription. The category for QIBs fetched a 17% subscription.
