HDB Financial IPO allotment status was finalised on Monday, June 30. The bid finalisation details are out on the websites of the registrar MUFG Intime India, the NSE and the BSE.

The initial public offer had got 16.69 times subscription, with 2,17,67,62,140 bids as against 13,04,42,855 shares reserved.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) applied for 55.47 times the shares reserved for them, while the non-institutional investors' quota was subscribed 9.99 times. The part set aside for retail investors was subscribed 1.41 times.

Shares of HDB Financial Services will be credited to the Demat account of investors who received allotment on Tuesday, July 1. For non-allottees, the refunds will be initiated on the same day.

HDB Financial Services shares are likely to make their stock market debut on the NSE and the BSE on Wednesday, July 2, at 10 am.

The initial share sale consisted of a fresh issuance of ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale, or OFS, of ₹10,000 crore by HDFC Bank. The total IPO size was ₹12,500 crore.

The price band was set at ₹700 to ₹740 per share, and the lot included 20 shares.

The funds generated will be utilised to boost the non-banking financial company's Tier-I capital base.
