Goldline Pharmaceuticals IPO allotment: The basis of allotment of Goldline Pharmaceuticals is expected to be finalised on Friday, May 15, 2026. The bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of the BSE and Bigshare Services.

The initial public offering was subscribed 781.85 times, with bids for 1,53,86,88,000 shares as against 19,68,000 shares on offer, according to the BSE website.

The part reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 1,227.90 times, while the individual investors' quota was booked 881.15 times. The portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) saw 180.22 times the subscription.

The ₹11.61 crore initial share sale was purely a fresh issuance of 27 lakh shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The funds generated will be utilised for repayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and general corporate purposes.

With a price band of ₹41 to ₹43 per share, a lot consisted of 3,000 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor was two lots or 6,000 shares.
