Globe Civil Projects IPO: The initial public offering of civil construction and infrastructure development company Globe Civil Projects received a solid response across investor categories, with the issue being subscribed 86.04 times on the final day of bidding on Thursday, June 26.

It got bids for 1,00,93,96,359 shares against 1,17,32,392 shares on offer, as per NSE data until 5 pm.

Non-institutional investors led the bidding by subscribing to the portion reserved for them 143.14 times, while the quota for retail investors was booked 53.71 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed their part 99.76 times.

The ₹119-crore IPO is a fresh issuance of up to 1,67,60,560 equity shares with a price range of ₹67-₹71 per share. The application size is 211 shares and in multiples thereof.

The funds raised will be used for working capital needs and capital expenditure requirements. A part will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Globe Civil Projects IPO GMP

According to Business Standard, the unlisted shares of Globe Civil Projects are trading at ₹86 per unit, a grey market premium (GMP) of 21% or ₹15 over the upper price band of the issue.
