The initial public offering of IT solutions provider CSM Technologies was fully subscribed on the final day of bidding on Monday, June 29.

The initial share sale attracted bids for 1,24,84,692 shares against 1,11,30,880 shares on offer, leading to 1.12 times subscription, as per NSE data until 2:46 pm.

The quota for non-institutional investors fetched 1.43 times subscription. The category for retail investors got subscribed 1.39 times, while the portion meant for qualified institutional buyers received 72% subscription.

The ₹145.78-crore IPO, with a price band of ₹107 to ₹113 per share, is only a fresh issuance of shares.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used to fund working capital neds and repay debt. A part will also be used to achieve inorganic growth and general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company will be listed on BSE and NSE.

CSM Technologies IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Tuesday, June 30. The listing on the stock exchanges will take place on July 2.
