Clay Craft India IPO will conclude on Friday, June 19. The subscription details for the final day of the issue will be available post 10 am.

As of Day 2, the issue has been subscribed 7.84 times. It has received bids for 3,04,11,000 shares as against 38,80,200 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The ₹110.11 crore initial public offering is solely a fresh issuance of 54.24 lakh shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The price band has been fixed at ₹193 to ₹203 per equity share.

The money raised will be used for capital expenditure towards establishing an additional manufacturing facility at Rajasthan's Manda and general corporate purposes.

"We believe that listing will enhance our corporate image and visibility of brand name of our company. We also believe that our company will receive the benefits from listing of equity shares on the SME platform of NSE (NSE EMERGE). It will also provide liquidity to the existing shareholders and will also create a public trading market for the equity shares of our company," according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).

A lot consists of 600 shares. The minimum investment for an individual investor is two lots or 1,200 shares.

Jaipur-based Clay Craft India is a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tableware products, engaged in the design, development, production and sale of various ceramic tableware, including dinner sets, mugs, tumblers, platters, tea and coffee serving sets, bowls and tabletop accessories.

The basis of allotment of the Clay Craft India IPO is expected to be finalised on June 22. The listing on the NSE SME platform will occur on June 24.
