The ₹300 crore book-build issue consisted exclusively of a fresh issuance of 80 lakh shares, with no offer for sale component.

The money generated will be used for expansion of business by procuring new government and PSU projects, debt clearance, working capital needs and general corporate purposes.

ArMee Infotech is an IT infrastructure and IT-managed services firm which has ventured into the retail sales space via Experience Zones, engaged in the sale of information technology, consumer electronics, and gaming and merchandise products, and involved in the renewable energy space, including EPC of solar power projects and development of solar power projects under power purchase agreements and battery energy storage systems.
