Arisinfra Solutions IPO allotment status was finalised on Monday, June 23. The bid finalisation details were out on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime).

The ₹499.60 crore initial public offer was subscribed 2.65 times, with bids for 3,46,63,388 equity shares compared to 1,30,84,656 shares on offer, as per the cumulative data on the NSE portal.

The part reserved for retail individual investors, or RIIs, fetched 5.59 times the subscription, while the quota for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 3.14 times. The category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) secured 1.42 times the subscription.

The initial share sale is entirely a fresh issuance of 2.25 crore shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The price band was ₹210 to ₹222 per share, with a lot consisting of 67 shares.

At the upper price band, the firm is valued at nearly ₹1,800 crore.

The money generated will be used for working capital needs, investment in subsidiary Buildmex-Infra, repayment of loan, purchase of partial shareholding from existing shareholders of its unit, ArisUnitern Re Solutions Pvt Ltd, and general corporate purposes.
