Active Infrastructures IPO hit the primary market on Friday, March 21. The issue will conclude on Tuesday, March 25. The price band has been set as ₹178 to ₹181 per share.
The ₹77.83 crore initial share sale is a fresh issuance of 43,00,200 shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for the following objects:
Fund working capital requirements
Debt repayment and margin money for obtaining a bank guarantee
Capital expenditure to purchase construction equipment
Corporate general purposes
Meet issue expenses
Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 600 shares, needing an investment of ₹1,06,800. For high-net-worth individuals, the least investment is 1200 shares for ₹2,17,200.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, March 26. The initiation of refunds for successful investors will occur on March 27, and refunds for unsuccessful investors will be processed on the same day.
Active Infrastructures IPO listing date on the NSE SME platform is March 28.
Kreo Capital Pvt Ltd is the IPO's book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services is the registrar.
Active Infrastructures mainly operates in two key segments: infrastructure and construction of commercial projects. The infrastructure segment focuses on the construction of roads, flyovers, irrigation projects, and water supply systems. In the commercial projects segment, it builds office complexes, exhibition halls, retail centres, private educational institutions, and retail outlets.
The company operates on a pan-India scale, with completed, ongoing and upcoming projects in states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Tripura.
