TVS Holdings Q1 results: Revenue soars 34% YoY to ₹17,076 crore, EBITDA margin expands

TVS Holdings Q1 results: Component manufacturer TVS Holdings on Tuesday, July 21, reported its earnings for the April-June quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27), posting an 81.86% YoY increase in its consolidated net profit (attributable to the owners of the company) to ₹610.25 crore.

In the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, the company had logged a profit of ₹335.55 crore, according to a regulatory filing.

Its revenue from operations surged 34.01% YoY to ₹17,076.18 crore during the quarter, as against ₹12,742.19 crore in the June FY26 quarter.

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹2,789 crore in the first quarter of FY27, marking a 36.1% YoY surge from ₹2,012 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its EBITDA margin expanded to 16.3% for the reporting quarter, in comparison to 15.8% in the first quarter of FY26.

Recent update

In a separate regulatory filing dated July 15, the company said that its subsidiary, Home Credit India Finance Private Limited, executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of Varthana Finance Private Limited (formerly known as Thirumeni Finance Private Limited).

Following the completion of the acquisition in terms of the SPA, Varthana Finance will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Credit India Finance and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Holdings.

TVS Holdings stock performance

Shares of TVS Holdings closed 1.46% higher at ₹14,236 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, July 21. However, the earnings were reported after the markets closed.

The scrip has gained nearly 2% in the past week and 9% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, it has advanced nearly 3%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹16,297 apiece on November 18, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹11,063 per equity share on August 11, 2025.
