SUMMARY
Reliance Infrastructure reported an 8.73% YoY rise in total income to ₹5,129.07 crore for Q3 FY25, compared to ₹4,717.09 crore in Q3 FY24. Expenses decreased to ₹4,963.23 crore from ₹5,068.71 crore in the previous year.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹4,743 in Q3 FY25, up 0.55% YoY from ₹4 ₹717.09 crore in Q3 FY24.
The company’s revenue from the power and infrastructure businesses fell 1.3% and 13.01% YoY to ₹4,275.20 crore and ₹414.07 crore in Q3 FY25, respectively. Meanwhile, the revenue from its engineering and construction business grew 5.94% YoY to ₹53.73 crore from ₹50.72 crore.
Its expenses declined to ₹4,963.23 crore in Q3 FY25, falling 2.08% YoY from ₹5,068.71 crore in the third quarter of FY24.
Shares of Reliance Infrastructure closed at ₹248.25 apiece, down 6.92% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday. However, the company declared its Q3 results after market hours.
The stock dropped 12.69% over the past week and 0.18% in the last month. It gained 52.13% over the last six months and lost 17.75% on a year-to-date basis.
