Q4 Results: Three companies, namely, PC Jeweller, Sundaram Brake Linings, and Jyoti CNC Automation, are slated to announce their March quarter (Q4 FY25) numbers on Sunday, May 25.

For the December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY25), PC Jeweller reported a consolidated net profit of ₹147.96 crore. The company had posted a net loss of ₹197.98 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income jumped multi-fold to ₹683.44 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from ₹43.48 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.

PC Jeweller said the company witnessed a strong jewellery demand during the December quarter owing to festive and wedding season.

"The company's growth has exhibited a robust momentum fuelled by increase in consumer footfall and purchases. The same has replicated into its financials for Q3 FY 2025," it added.

PC Jeweller, as of the December quarter, had 55 showrooms (including 3 franchisee showrooms) in 41 cities across 15 states in India.

In a separate development, PC Jeweller, in March 2025, said it has reduced bank loans by more than half to about ₹1,800 crore this fiscal year and aims to become debt-free by March next year on better sales and fundraise.

In September, Delhi-based PC Jeweller executed a settlement agreement with a consortium of 14 banks led by SBI to clear its outstanding loan, which stood at nearly Rs 4,100 crore as on March 31, 3024.

"Our bank loans is expected to come down to ₹1,775 crore at the end of the current fiscal. We are targeting to further reduce our bank loans and become debt free by March 2026," its MD Balram Garg stold PTI in an interview.

Sundaram Brake Linings Limited (SBL) is an auto component company. The company is engaged in manufacturing automotive, non-automotive, railways and industrial friction materials. SBL products are extensively used in commercial vehicles, passenger cars, tractors (agricultural), railways and two wheelers.

Jyoti CNC Automation is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of metal cutting computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The company is a prominent manufacturer of simultaneous 5-Axis CNC machines in India and supply a diverse portfolios of CNC machines including CNC Turning Centers, CNC Turn Mill Centers, CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and CNC Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs).
