Bajaj Housing Finance's assets under management (AUM) grew by 26% YoY to ₹1,14,684 crore as of 31 March 2025 from ₹91 ,370 crore as of 31 March 2024.

Bajaj Housing Q4: Its net interest income (NII) increased by 31% YoY to ₹823 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹629 crore in the year-ago period.

Bajaj Housing Finance's gross NPA and net NPA as of 31 March 2025 stood at 0.29% and 0.11 % respectively, as against 0.27% and 0.10% as of 31 March 2024. Provisioning coverage ratio on stage 3 assets at 60%.

Bajaj Housing Finance reported a 54% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its Q4 Profit after tax (PAT) to ₹587 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹381 crore in Q4FY24.

LTIMIndtree's board approved and recommended for approval of members, appointment of Alwyn Jay & Co., Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY26 upto FY30.

LTIMindtree said: "Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹45 per equity share of ₹1 each, for approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’)."

Subject to approval of members, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from conclusion of the AGM. Record Date for the purpose of determining members eligible to receive dividend and the date of AGM, shall be intimated in due course, the company added.

LTIMindtree's Q4 revenue from operations rose 9.27% YoY to ₹9,717.7 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹8,892.9 crore in the year-ago perios

LTIMindtree's consolidated net profit stood at ₹1,128.5 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 2.60% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹1,099.9 crore in Q4FY24.

Tata Consumer Products' Board has recommended a dividend of ₹8.25 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.

"The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dispatched (subject to deduction of tax at source) on or after June 21, 2025," it said.

Tata Consumer Products' revenue from operations advanced 17.34% to ₹4,608.22 crore in Q4 FY25, as against ₹3,926.94 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Tata Consumer Products reported a 59.18% surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹344.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2025, compared to ₹216.63 crore a year back.

Tips Music reported a 18.8% increase in its net profit to ₹30.61 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to ₹25.76 crore in the year-ago quarter.
