Waaree Renewable Technologies reported an Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹158 crore for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal (Q2 FY26) against ₹62 crore posted in the year-ago period. Margin stood at 20.4% as compared to 11.7% in Q2 FY25.

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies ended 1.58% up at ₹1,128 apiece on the NSE on Friday. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹11,759.01 crore.

Its revenue from operations surged to ₹774.7 crore for the September quarter of FY26, up 47.7% from ₹524.4 crore posted in Q2 FY25.
