Q1 results: A total of 14 companies will announce their financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26 on Friday, July 11. They include DMart supermarket chain operator Avenue Supermarts, industrial gear maker Elecon Engineering Company, fertiliser manufacturer Madhya Bharat Agro Products, stock broker Aditya Birla Money, chemicals firm Amal, and agri-biotech firm Nath Bio-Genes.

NBFC Emerald Finance, drone manufacturer Droneacharya Aerial Innovations, leather maker Superhouse, pharma player Astonea Labs, cement producer Panyam Cements and Mineral Industries, financial services provider Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing, financial and investment firm Monotype India, and debt collector Swarna Securities will also release their financial results for the quarter ended June 2025.

Information technology services major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) posted a 4.38% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹12,760 crore in the June quarter of FY26 as against ₹12,224 crore in Q4 FY25. Year-on-year (YoY), post-tax profit rose 5.98%.

Its operating profit margin ascended 0.30% on-quarter to 24.5% in the latest April-June period, according to a company statement.

The consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹63,437 crore, reflecting a decline of 1.61% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹64,479 crore in Q4 FY25. YoY, revenue advanced 1.31%.

"The continued global macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties caused a demand contraction," its managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) K Krithivasan said.

TCS also declared an interim dividend of ₹11 per share. The interim dividend shall be paid on August 4. The record date is fixed as July 16.
