Its consolidated revenue from operations or sales advanced by 27.8% YoY to ₹1,054.47 crore for the reporting quarter, as against ₹825.25 crore in the September quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q2 FY26).

The firm’s operating EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹310 crore in the July-September quarter of the current financial year, marking a 74% YoY increase from ₹178 crore in the year-ago period.

Other key highlights

Furthermore, PC Jeweller received remittances of approximately ₹142 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from its outstanding export debtors.

“The company had been putting in its best efforts to amicably resolve the issue of its outstanding export receivables. The efforts and negotiations have yielded positive results for the company. The issue between the company and its export debtors has been resolved, and the realization of outstanding export receivables has commenced with this remittance,” it stated.

The company plans to establish up to 100 new showrooms, owned as well as franchised, in the next 12 to 18 months, it stated.

New brand for Gen-Z customer base

PC Jewellers also said that it is working on and planning to launch a new jewellery brand, with a focus on demi-fine, lightweight jewellery and lab-grown-diamond fine jewellery for younger and self-purchasing buyers.

It further stated that the lightweight jewellery and lab-grown diamond jewellery segment in India is expected to be a large opportunity, adding that the segment typically carries a materially higher gross margin ratio than traditional jewellery, and is capital efficient, thereby improving inventory turns and the return on capital as the business scales.

Debt-free status

During the quarter, the firm discharged the entire outstanding debt of its 14 consortium banks, ahead of the scheduled due dates under the settlement agreement dated September 30, 2024.

“The company now carries zero bank borrowings. Further, all the charges, securities, guarantees (personal as well as corporate) and undertakings provided by the company and the personal and corporate guarantors also stand fully released,” it said in a press release.

Thus, the firm further stated that it will no longer incur borrowing-related finance costs, “which will add to its bottom line going ahead”.

PC Jeweller has a total market capitalisation of ₹18,051.20 crore as of October 21, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
