One MobiKwik Systems share price in focus as Q4FY25 net loss widens; all you need to know

One MobiKwik on Tuesday, February 4 declared a net loss of ₹552.84 crore in Q3 FY'25

Shares of financial technology firm One Mobikwik Systems traded 61% lower from its 52-week high levels .

Shares of India’s one of the leading fintech platforms, One MobiKwik Systems, fell nearly 5% at ₹265 apiece on the NSE after the company’s net loss for Q4FY25 widened.

The company reported a marginal increase in revenue for Q4FY25 at 2.6% to ₹278 crore as against ₹271 crore in the previous year's similar quarter. The company’s payments GMV grew over 2.3x YoY in Q4FY25, reaching ₹331 billion. Similarly, the payments business revenue grew by 2x YoY to ₹211 crore.

However, the company posted an EBITDA loss of ₹45.8 crore due to lower contribution margins, despite the reduction in fixed costs, the company continued post losses.

"Our Payments Business has shown remarkable strength, growing threefold year-over-year. Our focus for this year will be to leverage AI as a growth catalyst - to accelerate go-to-market, drive revenue growth, and expand margins through intelligent automation, said Ms. Upasna Taku, Executive Director, Co-founder & CFO.

For FY25, total income grew to ₹119.2 crore, up by 34% YoY, largely driven by strong growth in payments revenue at 142%. The contribution margin remained low. Revenue mix tilted towards Payments, leading to a lower CM of 30%; revenue from the distribution of financial products is lower amid sector headwinds for lending.

Shares of One MobiKwik Systems trade at more than 36% lower than their listing price of ₹440 and 61% down from its 52-week high level of ₹698.
