As per the SEBI regulations, the trading window in respect of equity shares of Nestle India will remain closed from April 1, 2025 to April 26, 2025 for all designated persons.
The company had reported a 3.89% increase in its consolidated revenue from operations to ₹4,779.7 crore in the third quarter of FY25. A year back, the revenue was ₹4,600.4 crore.
Consolidated profit after tax rose 4.94% to ₹688 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹655.6 crore in the same period of the previous year.
Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director of Nestle India, had stated, "This quarter 3 out of 4 product groups delivered healthy growth led by a combination of pricing and volume. Key brands continue to perform and this augurs well in a challenging environment...It was a quarter that was marked with food inflation, moderation in urban consumption, with gradual recovery in rural consumption."
Nestle India shares were trading 1.71% higher at ₹2,475.1 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 10:51 am on Thursday.
