Nazara Technologies share price slumps 4% after Q4FY25 net profit jumps 90% YoY

Shares of Nazara Technologies traded 3.5% lower after the company announced its Q4FY25 results. The Q4FY25 net profit jumped 90% YoY to ₹15.6 crore from ₹8 crore in the previous year's similar quarter.

Nazara Technologies reported strong growth of 95% YoY in revenue for the quarter at ₹520.2 crore as compared to ₹266 crore in the previous year and similar quarters. The adtech segment reported a multifold jump in revenue from ₹27.4 crore in Q4FY24 to ₹147.9 crore, followed by esports, which grew by 46% YoY to ₹217.1 crore and ₹148.1 crore and 71% YoY growth in gaming segment at ₹156 crore.

On the operational front, the company’s EBITDA stood at ₹51.0 crores, a 74% YoY increase. This was primarily due to strong growth in the topline and better cost optimisation strategies.

However, the net profit for the quarter jumped 90% YoY to ₹16 crore from ₹8 crore in the previous year’s similar quarter.
