Lux Industries reported a 58.63% YoY rise in Q3 FY25 net profit to ₹32.06 crore, driven by increased income and reduced expenses. Total income rose 22.48% YoY to ₹556.87 crore, while expenses fell by 20.12%. The stock closed 1.35% lower.

The net profit rose on the back of increased income and fallen expenses.
Its total income stood at ₹556.87 crore in Q3 of FY 2024-25, jumping 22.48% YoY from ₹454.65 crore in the third quarter of the 2023-24 financial year (Q3 FY24).
The company’s revenue from the sale of products and services increased 22.2% year-on-year to ₹549.34 crore in the period under review in contrast to ₹449.55 crore the company in Q3 FY24.
Lux Industries’ total expenses were at ₹514.30 crore in Q3 FY25, dropping 20.12% YoY from ₹428.17 crore in the third quarter of FY24. Its material cost fell by 33.98% YoY to ₹277.28 crore from ₹169.64 crore.
Shares of Lux Industries closed in the red at ₹1,459 apiece, down 1.35% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) after the company declared its third quarter FY25 results.
The scrip lost 6.75% over the last week and 5.7% in the past month. The stock fell 26.52% over the past three months and 26.52% in the last six months.
Lux Industries has a total market capitalisation of ₹4,387.46 crore as of February 13, 2025, on the NSE.
