L&T Q1 results: Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) giant Larsen & Toubro, or L&T, will post its earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1 FY26) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

In a regulatory filing, the company said its board of directors will meet on July 29 to "inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025."

L&T Q1 Results: Date and time

L&T will declare the first quarter FY26 results on July 29. The firm's latest June quarter report card is expected to be announced post-market hours.

Shares of L&T were trading at ₹3,508.4 per unit, up 0.4%, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 1:43 pm on Wednesday, July 16.

How did L&T perform in Q4 FY25?

Larsen & Toubro had posted a 25% surge in consolidated net profit at ₹5,497 crore for the quarter ended in March 2025, backed by higher revenues and an exceptional gain. In the year-ago period, the PAT stood at ₹4,396 crore.

Revenue from operations increased 11% to ₹74,392.28 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to ₹67,078.68 crore a year back.

Last month, L&T's Power Transmission & Distribution business secured orders in the range of ₹5,000 crore to ₹10,000 crore for grid infrastructure in India and abroad.

In India, it secured an order to build 765 kV and 400 kV transmission line jobs related to the integration of a Renewable Energy Zone in Andhra Pradesh.

In the Middle East, it got orders related to a set of 220 kV and 132 kV gas-insulated substations on a turnkey basis.

Before that, L&T's heavy civil infrastructure vertical secured an order in the range of ₹1,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore from JSW Energy to execute the Bhavali Pumped Storage Project in Maharashtra.
