In an exchange filing, IRCTC said that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.

The public sector undertaking (PSU) will also recommend a final dividend, if any, for the fiscal year 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM).

"Also, as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of IRCTC Limited, Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. upto Thursday, 28th May, 2026 (both days inclusive)," it said.

IRCTC will declare its latest set of numbers for the fourth quarter of FY26 and recommend a final dividend, if any, on Tuesday, May 26. The government-run entity has not announced the time to release its results. However, in Q3, earnings were out post-market hours.

IRCTC, on Wednesday, reported 15.61% growth in consolidated net profit at ₹394.33 crore in the December quarter of FY26. The company's net profit stood at ₹341.08 crore during the corresponding quarter of the preceding financial year.

Revenue grew by 18.35% during the quarter under review at ₹1,449.47 crore compared to ₹1,224.65 crore recorded in the same period of the preceding fiscal year.
