Infosys Q4 results: Infosys, the country's second-largest information technology (IT) services company, on Thursday, April 23, announced a final dividend for the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26), alongside its earnings for the March quarter.

Its board of directors, at a meeting held on April 23, recommended a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share for FY26, according to a regulatory filing.

Its board fixed June 10, 2026, as the record date for the aforementioned dividend. Furthermore, June 25, 2026, was set as the date for payment of the final dividend.

Q4 earnings snapshot

Its net profit surged 21% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹8,501 crore in the January-March quarter, compared to ₹7,033 crore in the same period last year.

Infosys’s revenue from operations stood at ₹46,402 crore for the reporting quarter, as against ₹40,925 crore in the year-ago period.

In constant currency terms, its revenue grew 4.1% year on year (YoY) and 1.3% quarter on quarter (QoQ).
