ICICI Prudential AMC Q4 results: Net profit surges 10% YoY to ₹763 crore; final dividend declared

ICICI Prudential AMC Q4 results: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC), on Monday, April 13, reported its earnings for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26), posting a 10.37% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its net profit to ₹763.42 crore, compared to ₹691.71 crore it logged in the year-ago period.

However, on a sequential basis, its profit declined by 16.76% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹917.09 crore in the December quarter of the current fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations advanced 19.53% YoY to ₹1,517.01 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹1,269.19 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4 FY25).

On a QoQ basis, its revenue from operations was mostly flat, rising 0.15% from ₹1,514.67 crore in the quarter-ago period.

Final dividend announced

The asset management company's board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹12.40 per equity share for FY26, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

"The dividend on equity shares will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company," they said in a regulatory filing on April 13.

  • Its mutual fund (MF) quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) stood at ₹11,047.87 billion for the March quarter of FY26, with a market share of 13.5%, in comparison to ₹8,794.12 billion for the year-ago period.
  • Its QAAUM in actively managed funds stood ₹9,206.15 billion for Q4 FY26, with a market share of 13.7%, in comparison to ₹7,552.29 billion for quarter ended March 31, 2025.
  • The firm logged ₹6,204.01 billion in QAAUM in Equity & Equity-oriented schemes, with a market share of 14.2%, from ₹4,876.52 billion for the same period last year.
  • It recorded ₹2,177.97 billion in Equity-Oriented Hybrid QAAUM, with a market share of 26.7% as compared to ₹1,653.08 billion for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
  • Alternate QAAUM stood at ₹729.95 billion for Q4 FY26, which comprised Portfolio Management Services (PMS) QAAUM of ₹268.27 billion, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) QAAUM of ₹170.33 billion, and Assets under Advisory of ₹291.34 billion.
  • Its monthly systematic transactions for March 2026 rose to ₹51.04 billion as compared to ₹39.06 billion in the same month of 2025.

Shares of ICICI Prudential AMC closed 0.95% lower at ₹3,353.50 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday ahead of the earnings announcement.
