ICICI Prudential AMC Q3 results: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Prudential AMC) on Wednesday, January 14, reported its earnings for the December quarter of the 2025-26 financial year, posting an 45.15% year-on-year (YoY) increase to ₹917.09 crore.

In the corresponding period a year ago, it had logged a profit of ₹631.84 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.

The company’s revenue from operations increased 23.48% annually to ₹1,514.67 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹1,226.66 crore in the third quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q3FY25).

Board declares dividend

ICICI Prudential AMC’s board of directors also declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per unit and fixed January 21 as the record date for the same.

"Declaration and payment of interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on January 21, 2026, being the record date fixed for this purpose," it said in a regulatory filing.

Key highlights

  • The mutual fund manager said that its unique customers stood at 1.62 crore at the end of the December quarter of the current fiscal year, as against 1.43 crore as on December 31, 2024.

  • Its mutual fund (MF) quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) stood at ₹10,763.80 billion for the December quarter of FY26, with a market share of 13.3%, in comparison to ₹8,739.58 billion for the year-ago period.

  • The firm clocked ₹9,088.89 billion as QAAUM in actively managed funds in the reporting quarter, with a market share of 13.5%, up from ₹7,537.64 billion in Q3FY25.

  • It logged a QAAUM of ₹6,081.44 billion in Q3FY26 in equity & equity-oriented schemes, in comparison to ₹4,920.63 billion for the same period of FY25.

  • Equity-oriented hybrid QAAUM stood at ₹2,084.11 billion, as against ₹1,643.21 billion a year earlier.

  • Alternates QAAUM rose to ₹752.76 billion in the third quarter of FY26, from ₹272.81 billion.

  • The company’s monthly systematic transactions for December 2025 advanced to 5,037 crore, as compared to 4,247 billion in December, 2024.

Shares of ICICI Prudential AMC closed 2.14% higher at ₹2,729 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday. However, the results were announced after the market closed.
