In an exchange filing, the information technology services firm said its board of directors will meet on Monday to "consider and approve the quarterly unaudited financial results of the company for the period ended June 2025 and dividend".

The Noida-headquartered company said it will hold its earnings call for investors and analysts on July 14 at 8 pm for 60 minutes to discuss the Q1 report card, followed by a detailed question-and-answer session.

How did HCLTech perform in Q4 FY25?

HCLTech recorded a 6.13% increase in its consolidated revenue from operations to ₹30,246 crore in Q4 FY25. The company had posted a revenue of ₹28,499 crore a year back.

Net profit advanced 8% to ₹4,307 crore in the March quarter of FY25 as against ₹3,986 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

In an exchange filing on Thursday, July 10, HCLTech announced that it has signed a 10-year strategic partnership with the Dunedin City Council to modernise and handle its IT services, drive digital transformation, and improve service delivery.

On July 9, HCLTech announced a partnership with Astemo Cypremos, a unit of Astemo Ltd, to advance innovation in the autonomous and smart vehicle ecosystem.

The IT firm was named a Workday partner on July 8. "This partnership will help drive broader adoption of AI-led human capital management (HCM) solutions and workforce transformation across enterprises," the firm said.
