Grasim Q4 Results Highlights: Net profit remains flat at ₹1,369.8 crore, dividend announced

• The consolidated net profit (attributable to owners of the company) of Grasim Industries remained flat for the March 2024 quarter. The net profit stood at ₹1,369.8 crore in Q4 FY24, up from ₹1,368.9 crore in the year-ago period.

• Consolidated revenue from operations increased 12.7% to ₹37,727.1 crore in the quarter ended March 2024 compared to ₹33,462.1 crore in the same period last year.

• The company's board recommended a dividend of ₹10 per equity share of ₹2 face value for the financial year 2023-24.

• For the entire FY24, consolidated net profit decreased 17.6% to ₹5,624.4 crore, while the revenue from operations increased 11.3% to ₹1,30,978.4 crore.

• The company reported its highest ever EBITDA of ₹20,837 crore in fiscal year 2023-24, up 18% year-on-year.

• Birla Pivot, the B2B e-commerce business unit of Grasim Industries surpasses ₹1,000 crore revenue in its first year of operations
• Grasim raises its first Sustainability Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of ₹1,250 crore from the International Finance Corporation (IFC)
