Godrej Industries Q3 results: Oleochemicals producer Godrej Industries reported an 8.69% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹204.55 crore in the third quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q3FY26).

In the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, it had logged a profit of ₹188.20 crore, the firm said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, February 11.

The holding company of the Indian multinational conglomerate Godrej Group recorded a 4.69% YoY rise in its revenue from operations to ₹5,051.19 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹4,824.83 crore in the December quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q3FY25).

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, declined by 8.89% YoY to ₹544 crore for Q3FY26, as against ₹597 crore in the year-ago period.

Key highlights

Godrej’s consolidated sales from its consumer business (Godrej Consumer Products Ltd) surged 9% YoY in INR terms and 7% YoY in constant currency terms on the back of underlying volume growth of 7%.

Under the consumer business, the home care vertical grew 12% YoY, and the personal care segment rose 7%.

Its revenue from the chemicals business soared 23% YoY to ₹1,092 crore for the reporting quarter, compared to ₹891 crore in the third quarter of FY25. Exports comprised approximately 28% of Godrej’s chemicals revenue.
Its real estate business saw a 55% YoY growth in booking value to ₹8,421 crore during the December FY26 quarter. However, its revenue from estate and property development fell 16.69% YoY to ₹1,027.4 crore, from ₹1,233.17 crore.
Under the agri business, its animal feed recorded a 9.25% YoY decrease in revenue to ₹1,656.33 crore from ₹1,825.25 crore. The vegetable oil vertical’s revenue registered a healthy growth of 27% YoY in Q3FY26, buoyed by higher volumes of end-products on the back of an improvement in Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) by approximately 16%.

Its crop protection business revenue stood at ₹260 crore, in comparison to ₹193 crore in the year-ago period. Its dairy segment revenue grew marginally by 3% YoY on account of flat volumes.
