Escorts Kubota Q4 results: Escorts Kubota on Thursday, May 8, announced a 17.93% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹318.42 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 financial year (Q4FY25). It clocked a profit of ₹269.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The tractor manufacturer's revenue from operations stood at ₹2,444.88 crore in Q4FY25, ascending 6.27% YoY from ₹2,300.66 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2023-24 fiscal year (Q4FY24).

In the quarter under review, the company derived ₹1,989.34 crore in revenue from the agri machinery products segment, up by 11.29% YoY from ₹1,787.50 crore in Q4FY24. However, its revenue from the construction equipment segment fell 10.26% YoY to ₹453.88 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹505.80 crore.

Escorts Kubota board recommends final dividend

Escorts Kubota's board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹18 per equity share (180% of the face value) for FY25.

If approved by shareholders at the ensuing AGM, the total payout for FY25, including the interim dividend, will amount to ₹28 per share with a face value of ₹10 each. This represents an increase of 56% compared to the previous year, the company said.

Escorts Kubota shares closed in the negative territory at ₹3,173 apiece, down 0.97% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday.
