Bharti Hexacom reported a 7.4% increase in its net profit at ₹421 crore on Monday, November 3, for the quarter ending September 30 of the financial year 2025-26. The firm had seen a profit of ₹392 crore in the previous quarter.

The company’s revenue from operations for the quarter under review was at ₹2,317 crore, marking a growth of 2.4% from ₹2,263 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26.

For Q2 FY26, Bharti Hexacom’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) jumped 4.1% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to ₹1,208 crore as against ₹1,161 crore in Q1 FY26. Its margin expanded to 52.1% in contrast to 51.3% QoQ.

The company’s mobile services revenue grew 9.6% year-on-year (YoY), driven by higher ARPU and an increase in smartphone subscribers. The Homes and Offices segment also delivered robust performance, posting a 46.9% YoY revenue growth with 60,000 new customer additions in Q2 FY26.

Hexacom reported an EBIT of ₹702 crore, with the EBIT margin expanding by 597 basis points YoY to 30.3%. Net income (before exceptional items) stood at ₹421 crore, marking a strong 66.4% YoY growth.

The telecom firm said operational data indicates strong business momentum and consistent execution. The company added 1.6 million smartphone data customers year-on-year and 0.2 million sequentially, with smartphone users now comprising 78% of the total mobile customer base.

Mobile ARPU rose to ₹251 in Q2 FY26, up from ₹228 in Q2 FY25, while mobile data usage grew 27% YoY, with average consumption per customer reaching 30.7 GB per month.

The firm said 357 towers were deployed YoY to strengthen our network footprint to deliver a brilliant customer experience. By the end of the quarter, the company had 26,529 network towers as compared to 26,172 network towers in the corresponding quarter last year.

Further, as of September 30, 2025, Hexacom had 28.60 million customers, an increase of 4.1% as compared to 27.47 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
