Adani Enterprises Q1 Results: Adani Enterprises, the Adani Group’s flagship company, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹734 crore for the first quarter of the current financial year (Q1FY26), marking a decline of 50% from ₹1,455 crore logged during the same period last year.

Its revenue from operations declined 14% to ₹21,961 crore in the April-June period as against ₹25,472 crore seen in the year-ago period.

"Adani Enterprises has established itself as one of the world’s most successful infrastructure incubators," said Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group.

"The substantial rise in EBITDA contribution from our incubating businesses reflects the strength and scalability of our operating model. This performance has been led by our Airports business, which delivered an exceptional 61% year-on-year growth in EBITDA. With landmark assets like the Navi Mumbai International Airport, the Copper Plant, and the Ganga Motorway set to become operational, we are accelerating our mission to build next-generation infrastructure platforms that are globally benchmarked, technologically advanced, and strategically vital to India’s growth story," Adani added.

During the quarter, Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL) commissioned India’s first off-grid 5 MW green hydrogen pilot plant. Its wind turbine business received its first external order of 300 MW for the 3.3 MW WTG platform and started serial production.

ANIL's total income declined 11% to ₹14,236 crore, and its EBITDA dropped 26% to ₹4,776 crore.

Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) secured $1.75 billion through ECBs and project financing across six airports. Mumbai airport received its tariff order for the 4th control period, FY25 to FY29, with an effective date from 16th May 2025.

During the quarter, seven new routes and two new airlines were added, Adani Enterprises said.

AAHL's total income rose 25% to ₹10,224 crore, and its EBITDA jumped 61% to ₹3,480 crore.

Adani Enterprises shares fell as much as 4.33% to hit an intraday low of ₹2,422 after its earnings announcement.
