Gold rose to month-high levels of $2,670 an ounce in overnight trade after mixed US jobs data and Fed minutes. However, the metal pared some of the gains in early Asian trade.
Spot gold slipped 0.04% to $2,660 an ounce in early Asian trade. The metal moved in a range of $2,656 an ounce to $2,663 an ounce in early trade.
In Delhi markets, 24K gold prices rose by ₹78,980 per 10 grams and 22K gold by ₹120 to ₹72,410 per 10 grams. The 24K Gold in Mumbai traded at ₹78,830 per 10 grams and 22K gold at ₹72,260 per 10 grams.
