Rozgar Mela: PM distributes over 1 lakh appointment letters to new recruits

Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed more than 1 lakh appointment letters to newly inducted recruits via video conferencing.

Addressing the audience, Prime Minister Modi extended greetings to the recruits and their families, emphasising the government's steadfast dedication to providing job opportunities for the youth. He highlighted the government's efforts to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and efficiency, thereby minimising delays and eliminating opportunities for corruption.

PM Modi underscored the government's commitment to equal opportunities, enabling every youth to demonstrate their capabilities through hard work and skills.

Rozgar Mela was held at 47 locations across the country. The recruitments are taking place across Central Government Departments and State Governments/UTs supporting this initiative. The recruits will be joining the Government in various Ministries/Departments viz. Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs and Ministry of Railways in various positions.
