Royal Enfield announced that it would revise prices across its 350cc portfolio, which includes the Classic 350 and the Hunter 350, effective September 22.

Royal Enfield, the mid-size motorcycle brand owned by Eicher Motors, said on Friday it will sell its 350cc range through Flipkart starting September 22.

This is the first time the iconic motorcycle maker’s entire 350cc portfolio will be available on an e-commerce platform.

Customers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai will be able to buy models including the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Goan Classic 350 and Meteor 350 directly on Flipkart, the company said in a statement.

The delivery and after-sales support will continue to be handled by authorised Royal Enfield dealers in these cities.

Customers buying through Flipkart will also be eligible for full GST benefits from September 22, the company said.

The move is aimed at catering to India’s increasingly digital-first consumers by offering flexible payment options and online booking convenience.

“At Royal Enfield, our mission has always been to make the pure motorcycling experience accessible to more riders. Partnering with Flipkart allows us to meet today’s digital-first customers where they are requiring a simple, convenient way to explore and purchase their motorcycles online,” Eicher Motors Ltd Managing Director and Royal Enfield CEO B Govindarajan said.

Royal Enfield, which dominates India’s mid-size motorcycle segment, said the initiative will expand to more cities after its launch in the five metro markets.

The company recently announced that it will pass on the entire benefit of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) reduction on two-wheelers to its customers.

According to a price analysis, the entry-level Hunter 350 Standard variant, earlier priced at ₹1,49,900 (ex-showroom), will now cost around Rs 1,38,200, translating into a saving of nearly ₹11,700.

The mid variant will see a reduction of about ₹13,800, while the top variant will become cheaper by roughly ₹14,100.

The Redditch edition of Classic 350, which carries an ex-showroom tag of ₹1,97,253, will be available at around ₹1,81,800.

The top-end Chrome variant, earlier priced at ₹2,34,972, will be cheaper by more than ₹18,000, bringing its new price close to ₹2,16,600.
