Ola Electric brings back Muhurat Mahotsav with special prices for 2 days from Jan 14

Ola Electric on Tuesday announced the return of its Ola Muhurat Mahotsav campaign, offering special prices on select electric scooters and motorcycles powered by its 4680 Bharat Cell platform for two days starting January 14.

Under the limited-period campaign, the company said it will offer never-before prices on a limited number of vehicles and battery storage system across its 4680 Bharat Cell-powered portfolio, including Ola Shakti, S1 Pro+ 5.2kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1kWh.

The daily time slots for the Muhurat prices will be announced on the company’s social media platforms, it added.

The Muhurat Mahotsav benefits are applicable only on in-store purchases.

As part of the offers, Ola said customers will be able to avail benefits of up to ₹1 lakh on Ola Shakti models during the Muhurat hours.

The company said the Shakti 1.5kWh, 5.2kWh and 9.1kWh variants will be available at prices of ₹10,000, ₹49,999 and ₹99,999, respectively, during the special time slots.

Existing Ola customers upgrading to vehicles powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell will be eligible for an upgrade bonus of ₹20,000, while customers switching from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles can avail an exchange bonus of ₹15,000, the company said.

During the Muhurat hours, the S1 Pro+ with a 5.2kWh battery pack will be priced at ₹1,39,999, while the Roadster X+ with a 9.1kWh battery pack will be available for ₹1,49,999, it added.

“The 4680 Bharat Cell platform reinforces the company’s vertically integrated approach across cells, battery packs, and vehicle platforms,” an Ola spokesperson said in a statement.

“With attractive pricing across Shakti and Bharat Cell-powered vehicles, we’re accelerating India’s transition to clean, world-class energy and mobility solutions built in India,” the spokesperson added.

The company said Ola Shakti is available in four configurations—1kW/1.5kWh, 1kW/3kWh, 3kW/5.2kWh and 6kW/9.1kWh—all powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell.

Ola Electric currently offers a range of S1 scooters and Roadster X motorcycles. Its premium Gen 3 S1 portfolio includes the S1 Pro+ in 5.2kWh and 4kWh battery configurations, and the S1 Pro in 4kWh and 3kWh variants. The mass-market lineup includes the Gen 3 S1 X+ and S1 X models with battery options ranging from 2kWh to 4kWh.

The Roadster motorcycle portfolio comprises the Roadster X+ in 9.1kWh and 4.5kWh variants, and the Roadster X in 4.5kWh, 3.5kWh and 2.5kWh battery configurations, the company said.
