Following the earnings announcement, shares of Ola Electric were trading at ₹49.80 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, falling 0.52%.

The in-app booking system allows users to choose preferred service slots, track service status, and manage all service-related needs directly within the Ola Electric app.

Ola Electric on Monday announced the nationwide rollout of an in-app service appointment feature to streamline and improve after-sales support for its electric scooter customers.

The feature will allow customers across the country to book service slots, track service status and manage all service-related needs directly through the Ola Electric app, the company said in a statement.

Ola said integrating the entire service journey into a single platform would remove the hassles of traditional service booking and give users greater ease and accessibility.

As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, Ola Electric said its model ensures direct engagement with customers, improving transparency and reliability throughout the vehicle ownership cycle.

The approach also assures the use of genuine parts and standardised service processes, it added.

“Our vision under the Hyperservice initiative is to offer world-class experiences rooted in trust, convenience and transparency," an Ola Electric spokesperson said. “With the launch of in-app service appointments across India, we have taken a significant step in strengthening that promise.”

The company recently announced that it is expanding Hyperservice into an open platform, making Ola’s genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools and service training modules available not just to customers but also to independent garages, mechanics and fleet operators.

The announcement comes amid the shrinking market share of Ola Electric, which has been facing intense scrutiny over service quality.

Bhavish Aggarwal-led company, which held the dominant position in September 2024, now holds 12.1% market share.

The firm reported a consolidated net loss of ₹418 crore for the July-September quarter of the financial year 2025-26.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹690 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 43% from ₹1,214 crore in Q2 FY25. The firm has recorded total deliveries of 52,666 vehicles in Q2 FY26.

The company’s EBITDA loss for the reporting quarter stood at ₹203 crore in contrast to ₹379 crore year-on-year (YoY).
