The online purchase option on Amazon is currently available in Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Pune, the company said in a statement.

Models including the Classic 350, Bullet 350, Hunter 350, Goan Classic 350 and the new Meteor 350 can be bought through a dedicated Royal Enfield brand store on Amazon India, it added.

The delivery and after-sales service support will be provided by the customer’s preferred Royal Enfield dealership in the city, Royal Enfield, which is a part of Eicher Motors, stated.

Royal Enfield had earlier made its entire 350cc portfolio available on Flipkart from September 22, the first time the iconic motorcycle maker offered its full range on an e-commerce platform.

Customers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai can buy the same models through Flipkart.

“At Royal Enfield, our mission has always been to make the pure motorcycling experience accessible to more riders. Partnering with Flipkart allows us to meet today’s digital-first customers where they are, offering a simple, convenient way to explore and purchase their motorcycles online,” said B Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd and CEO of Royal Enfield.

The company, which leads India’s mid-size motorcycle segment, said the initiative will be expanded to more cities in the coming months.

Royal Enfield recently announced that it will pass on the full benefit of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) reduction on two-wheelers to its customers.
