Titanium SIF has filed draft documents with SEBI for the Titanium Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund, marking another addition to the growing long-short fund category.

Motilal Oswal Nifty REITs & Realty Index Fund

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended Nifty REITs & Realty Index Fund. The NFO price will be ₹10, with no entry load and an exit load of 1% if redeemed within 15 days of allotment. The scheme will benchmark its performance against the Nifty REITs & Realty Total Return Index, with a minimum investment of ₹500.

Motilal Oswal Nifty REITs & Realty ETF

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has also filed an offer document with SEBI for an open-ended Nifty REITs & Realty ETF. The NFO price will be ₹10, with both entry and exit loads nil. The ETF will track the Nifty REITs & Realty Total Return Index, with a minimum application of one unit. The scheme aims to generate returns closely corresponding to the index's total returns.

Mirae Asset Mutual Fund

Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) has announced an addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of all schemes of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. The Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) operated by KFin Technologies in Andheri East, Mumbai, will shift to a new premises effective September 9, 2026. All other scheme terms and conditions remain unchanged.
