The suspension will take effect from the close of business hours on November 3, 2026, according to a notice issued by Invesco Asset Management (India).

The affected schemes are:

With this move, investors will not be able to register fresh SIPs, STPs or IDCW Transfer Plans in these schemes during the suspension period.

What happens to existing SIPs and STPs?

Investors who already have SIPs, STPs or IDCW Transfer Plans registered in these schemes will not need to cancel them.

However, instalments under existing registrations will be temporarily suspended. The registrations will remain active in the system and will be reactivated once the fund house withdraws the suspension.

The restriction does not apply to redemptions, switch-outs or switches between plans and options within the schemes.

Investors can also continue to register fresh Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWPs), while instalments under existing SWPs will be processed as usual.

Earlier restriction on lump-sum investments

The latest move follows an earlier notice dated September 29, 2026, through which Invesco Mutual Fund had suspended fresh lump-sum investments and switch-ins in the same three overseas FoFs. At the time, the fund house cited the need to avoid a potential breach of SEBI's overseas investment limits. While fresh SIP, STP and IDCW Transfer Plan registrations were still permitted subject to a limit of ₹10 lakh per day per PAN, the November 3 notice extends the restrictions to these systematic investment facilities as well.

The fund house said that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the affected schemes will remain unchanged.
