Baroda BNP Paribas MF reshuffles fund managers after Pratish Krishnan's exit

Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) has announced an addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, reflecting changes in key personnel and fund management responsibilities.

The AMC informed that following the resignation of Pratish Krishnan, he ceases to be a Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026. Consequently, all references to him in the SID, KIM and SAI stand deleted.

Pursuant to this development, the AMC has revised fund management responsibilities across several schemes with effect from May 1, 2026. Sanjay Chawla and Ankeet Pandya will now oversee schemes such as Baroda BNP Paribas Children’s Fund, Innovation Fund, Conservative Hybrid Fund (equity portion) and Retirement Fund (equity portion), replacing the earlier combination that included Krishnan.

In the Equity Savings Fund, the equity portfolio responsibilities will now be handled by Sanjay Chawla, Neeraj Saxena and Ankeet Pandya. Meanwhile, the India Consumption Fund will be managed by Sanjay Chawla and Himanshu Singh, while the Midcap Fund shifts to Rohan Korde and Himanshu Singh.
The ELSS Tax Saver Fund will now be managed by Sanjay Chawla and Yash Mehta. Index-linked and ETF schemes will see the inclusion of Meenakshi Gururaj alongside Neeraj Saxena, while the Aqua Fund of Fund and Gold ETF Fund of Fund will include Stuti Singhee as co-fund manager.

Stuti Singhee, a Research Analyst and Co-Fund Manager – Equity, brings around two years of experience with the firm, focusing on fundamental analysis and financial modelling in the FMCG and retail sectors.

The AMC clarified that this notice forms an integral part of the SID, SAI and KIM, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
