Upcoming IPOs: Two SME initial public offers will open for subscription this week, starting March 10. PDP Shipping & Projects IPO will hit the primary market on Monday, March 10, while the Super Iron Foundry IPO will open on March 11.
NAPS Global India IPO will make its debut on the BSE SME platform on March 11.
The ₹12.65 crore initial share sale of PDP Shipping & Projects Limited is a fresh issuance of 9.37 lakh shares. The fixed issue price is ₹135 per share.
The money raised will be used for general corporate purposes and partially fund long-term working capital requirements.
A single lot of the IPO includes 1,000 shares worth ₹1,35,000.
Sun Capital Advisory Services is the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies is the issue registrar.
PDP Shipping & Projects offers end-to-end logistics solutions, including sea and air freight transportation, project logistics and customs clearance.
Super Iron Foundry's ₹68.05 crore initial public offer is exclusively a fresh issuance of 60.01 lakh shares. The IPO proceeds will be used for debt repayment, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Retail investors can apply for at least 1,200 shares or one lot worth ₹1,29,600.
Horizon Management is the issue's book-running lead manager and Link Intime India Pvt Ltd registrar.
Super Iron Foundry manufactures an array of castings for sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, automotive, and railways. The firm specialises in high-quality products for municipal and utility networks.
Textiles importer NAPS Global India IPO, which was subscribed 1.24 times during the bidding period, will list on the SME platform of the BSE on Tuesday, March 11.
NAPS Global is a wholesale importer of textile products from China and Hong Kong and supplies them to clients in Maharashtra.
