Globe Civil Projects IPO: The initial public offering of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company Globe Civil Projects will go live on June 24. The issue will conclude on June 26.

The price band is fixed at ₹67 to ₹71 per share. The ₹119 crore initial share sale is only a fresh issuance of 16,760,560 shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The capital raised will be utilised for funding working capital requirements, capital expenditure purposes towards the purchase of equipment, and corporate general purposes.

Globe Civil Projects IPO: Key dates

Globe Civil Projects' basis of allotment is likely to be finalised on June 27. For non-allottees, refunds will be processed on June 30. Shares will be credited to the Demat account of investors on the same day.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE.

Globe Civil Projects is an integrated EPC firm headquartered in New Delhi and has undertaken projects in eleven states, such as Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi.

It executes and constructs infrastructure projects consisting of social and commercial projects, transport and logistics projects, and non-infrastructure projects like commercial offices and housing.

The company's primary focus is on the construction of railway infrastructure and education institution buildings. It also undertakes projects like railway bridges, elevated railway terminals, airport terminals, and hospitals.

It is registered as a Class-1 Super contractor with the Central Public Works Department, Government of India, to tender for any work up to ₹650 crore. The licence is valid for five years from the date of order, i.e., November 24, 2022.

As of March 31, 2025, Globe Civil Projects' order book stood at ₹669.1 crore.

The company's revenue from operations was ₹334.81 crore in the financial year 2023-24 (FY24). For the nine months ended December 2024, revenue was ₹256.74 crore, and profit after tax was ₹17.79 crore.
