Globe Civil Projects IPO allotment was finalised on Friday. The issue received 86.04 times the subscription, with bids for 1,00,93,96,359 shares against 1,17,32,392 equity shares on offer.

Non-institutional investors booked their portion 143.14 times, followed by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at 99.76 times and retail investors 53.71 times.

The ₹119 crore Globe Civil projects IPO consisted solely of the issuance of 1,67,60,560 shares equity shares with no offer for sale component. The price range was set at ₹67 to ₹71 per share, and an application size was 211 shares and in multiples thereof.

The money generated will be used for capital expenditure needs, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
